This site collects the information you enter in the form (ticket number, contact details, callback number, and notes) solely to create or update internal tickets and to trigger time‑sensitive alerts to the system operator (David Orlow). SMS messages are sent only to David Orlow; the person submitting the form does not receive SMS.
